London is the UK's capital of knife crime  & 2021 saw the record number of teenage killings.  Jason  Roach says it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the problems when you're living in a city of 9m people but we've just got  to start somewhere. That’s exactly what he did when he set up the Rise Leadership Academy, which aims to nurture a new generation of positive role models for young black men who live in the Surrey Lane Council estate in Battersea.
